All primary (first) investment issues in New Zealand and Australia require registration of a prospectus containing full details of the issuer and the current security being offered, including comprehensive financial information. Some fixed interest issues in New Zealand may also register an associated "investment statement" providing essential investor information in a more compact format.
Application for any investment can only be made on the application form accompanying the registerd prospectus or investment statement.

Listed stocks and shares
To trade stocks and shares listed on the New Zealand and Australian stock exchanges, you will need to open a sharetrading account.
